Table reservations are made in advance through our website, phone, or in person. By making a reservation, you are agreeing to these terms.
To make a reservation, you must provide accurate information including your name, phone number, email, preferred date, time, and number of guests. Reservations are subject to availability. We will confirm your reservation via email or phone. A confirmed reservation shows we have held a table for you at the specified time.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your reservation time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee (currently ₹500 per person, up to 4 people). Special event bookings have stricter cancellation policies as agreed upon.
Standard table duration is 1.5 hours during peak hours and 2 hours during off-peak hours. We may request you vacate your table if other guests are waiting. During special events or holidays, duration may vary. We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time without contacting us, your reservation will be automatically released. In case of repeated no-shows, we may refuse future reservations. A no-show fee equivalent to a cancellation fee may apply.
We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets. All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified.
Your bill will include all ordered items, applicable taxes, and service charges (if applicable). Please verify your bill before payment. For discrepancies, notify our staff immediately. We reserve the right to add gratuity charges for large groups.
💳 Payment processing is secure and encrypted. We do not store complete card details. Never share payment information via email or unsecured channels.
